We are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for external new hires (current employees of CSMdRH, CSMC, and CSMDN are not eligible), as well as a $2,500 MDRH Employee Referral Program bonus for those eligible.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help patients with daily activities such as eating, using the toilet, and personal hygiene
• Provide basic nursing care to both non-acute and acute patients
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Work under the guidance of the registered nurse in charge
• Answer phones and respond to call lights
• Ensure the unit is stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist with patient transportation as needed
• Perform other assigned duties

Shifts: Night Shift, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

• Experience:

  At least 1 year of experience as a nursing assistant (preferred)

  2 or more years of experience as a nursing assistant (strongly preferred)

  Certifications:

  Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred)

  Current BCLS certification (required)

  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  Ability to read and communicate effectively in English

  Basic computer knowledge
