Job Summary:

Our goal is to provide compassionate and inclusive care to all patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families about diseases, treatment options, and managing symptoms. You will also connect patients with necessary resources, such as home care and physical therapy, to ensure they receive the best support during their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will include rooming patients, taking vital signs, reviewing medication lists, and assessing patients as they come to the exam area. Additionally, you will coordinate interdisciplinary care amongst all providers and assist physicians with office-based procedures. Your compassion, knowledge, and attention to detail will be essential in providing exceptional care to our diverse patient population.

Educational Requirements:

You must have an associate's degree.

Licenses and Certifications:

You must possess a California State RN License and BCLS Certification. Other specialty certifications (such as ACLS, PALS, and fetal heart monitoring) are strongly recommended after gaining 2 years of experience in your specialty.

Experience:

You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.

Physical Demands:

This position will require standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying (up to 25 lbs), pushing, and pulling (up to 50 lbs).
