At Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, we perform and interpret nearly 500,000 inpatient and outpatient exams and procedures each year. Our team of board-certified radiologists and imaging specialists are experts in their respective fields, certified by the American Board of Radiology. With our state-of-the-art imaging technologies and compassionate approach, we provide innovative treatment options to our patients.

Summary of Essential Duties:

• Utilize your strong IV skills to assist with POC testing and IV administration for CT/MR Imaging patients.
• Access PICC lines as necessary.
• Screen patients for allergies, kidney disease, and MR safety.
• Assess patients' vitals and manage allergic reactions when needed.
• Maintain patient schedules and ensure smooth flow.
• Assist patients with dressing and walking to imaging rooms.
• We are looking for an RN who is available for two days per week, as well as to provide coverage for vacations and sick time.

Education:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.
• BSN degree is required.

License/Certifications:

• Current, unrestricted California RN license is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience is required.
• Experience in an imaging department is preferred.
• Demonstrated IV skills are required.
