Main Responsibilities:- Ensuring vehicles are safe and well-maintained for our customers
- Performing preventive maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment
- Repairing and troubleshooting major components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
- Using Penske's tools and technologies for repairs and diagnostics
- Participating in technician training to learn new skills
- Completing other assigned projects and tasks

Schedule: Split Shift: 11AM-7PM
Qualifications:- 6 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
- Specialized training and experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting major components
- Proficient in using all tools of the trade
- Valid driver's license required, CDL preferred
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled conditions
- Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods
- Ability to use hands for grasping, reaching, touching, handling, feeling, and operating tools and controls
- Capability to work safely at heights and in all weather conditions
- Good vision and hearing to navigate the work environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs/23kg regularly and up to 100lbs/45kg occasionally
