Job Description:

As a Bindery Specialist at Target, you will work in a team environment and contribute to the finishing and kitting of printed marketing, promotional, and training materials. This includes operating small finishing equipment, leading kitting and assembly projects, and assisting in the production of quality finished products. The materials you help produce are used in our stores, in recruiting new talent, and shipped directly to our guests. Your responsibilities may change based on business needs.

About You:

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to read, understand, and follow job instructions
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Able to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time
