Position: Senior Manager, Video Operations

Are you a passionate leader with knowledge of innovative technologies and solutions? Do you have experience in IT Support or Operations management, with expertise in Technology Operations, Service Delivery, and Stakeholder Management? We are looking for a Senior Manager - Video Operations to lead a diverse team supporting our Audio Visual (A/V) setups across all Capital One locations and Cafes. This includes Zoom rooms, Polycom devices, Crestron panels, and Display walls. Our team provides ongoing maintenance and support, audits, and is involved in new building and room installations.

The Senior Manager - Video Operations will be a visionary leader, dedicated to transforming Capital One into the best place to work, communicate, and collaborate. The Sr. Manager - Video Operations will have a strong understanding of software and hardware life cycles, from concept to deployment to support and end of service. While specific knowledge of the A/V landscape is not required, some exposure to this area will be beneficial. This role will require overseeing the health and functionality of the A/V setups and meeting expected service levels. Collaboration is key, as this role will involve working closely with Engineering, GWPS, Network teams, Facilities, and AV vendors. Additionally, the Senior Manager will drive the implementation of new technologies and innovative solutions throughout our organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience

• At least 2 years of experience in managing IT projects or operations teams

• At least 5 years of Technical Operations experience

• At least 5 years of experience in People Management

• At least 5 years of experience with IT systems and infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

• 10+ years of experience in People Management

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management (planning, executing, tracking)

• 10+ years of experience with IT systems and infrastructure

• ITIL Certification, Six Sigma Certification, or PMP Certification

• Technical understanding of the Audio Visual space and associated architecture and implementation patterns. Some examples include: Zoom, Polycom, Crestron
