**Job Title: Senior Director, Software Engineering - Card Authorizations** **Location: McLean, Virginia** Capital One's Card Tech Engineering Organization is looking for a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead, manage, mentor, and build exceptional software engineering teams. We are seeking someone with the ability to attract and recruit top talent while also having the technical skills to deliver customer-focused solutions in an iterative manner. In this role, you will lead teams responsible for building and delivering spend strategies that advance credit card usage across the payments ecosystem.
