Additionally, you should be comfortable challenging existing processes and solutions while understanding the business value and focusing on priorities. Cloud-native security solution design should be second nature to you. Responsibilities: - Oversee the vision, roadmap, and delivery of cybersecurity solutions while maintaining a balance between security and simplification. - Serve as an Enterprise Identity counsel to senior leadership. - Act as a trusted advisor on cyber security and Enterprise Identity, shaping use cases and implementation in a unified and consistent manner. - Provide context and guidance for software teams and architects, guiding their architecture evolution in response to business changes. - Promote the adoption of modern technologies, sharing their benefits to gain buy-in. - Foster an inclusive environment where everyone's ideas can be heard and championed. - Drive engineering excellence, encouraging the reuse of solutions and sharing knowledge across the organization. - Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, at all levels of the organization. - Develop and mentor emerging talent in the field of technology, internally and externally.
