What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of experienced developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs for the company
• Stay on top of tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in mentoring and code evaluation
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans
• Utilize programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, as well as AWS tools and services

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing
• At least 2 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• 7+ years of experience in Java, Scala, or Python
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
• 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
• 5+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices

Salary Information

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role in New York City (Hybrid On-Site) are $197,400 - $225,300.
