What will I do? 

  • Engage customers in friendly conversations, making eye contact, and sharing warm smiles; offer additional assistance proactively and express gratitude for choosing Wegmans
  • Efficiently and accurately scan items and process payments when operating the register
  • Bag items with care to maintain their condition during the journey from store to destination
  • In the self-checkout area, manage traffic flow, guide customers to available lanes, ensure proper functioning of lanes, and assist customers with any technical issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
