Our service team plays a vital role in helping our clients take control of their financial future. In this exciting position, you will learn about investment strategies, trading tools, market dynamics, and retirement options in order to educate and advocate for our clients. You will be answering inbound calls, taking ownership of complex issues, and providing the best possible solutions. As part of your professional journey, you will have the opportunity to attend the Schwab Service Academy, where you will receive paid training, study time, and support to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. If you have a passion for finance, enjoy working in a team, and are dedicated to serving clients, we invite you to join us in this role.
We offer a competitive pay and bonus package, starting at $46,400 during training (with increases based on related experience). You will also have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. As you progress in your career and obtain the required licenses, you have the potential to increase your total compensation to $53,000 ($48,400 base, plus a 10% bonus opportunity based on individual/corporate performance) within your first year.

Required Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous client relationship experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Eagerness to learn about finance
- Passion for serving clients and understanding the securities industry
- Strong communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
- Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Proven success in using multiple computer applications
