We are looking for Tax Experts to join our team at Intuit for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

Who You Are:

• Tax Experience: You have at least 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Credential and Expertise: You possess an active and unrestricted credential as an Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Practicing Attorney. You have strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Passionate and Committed: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. Your commitment to enhancing our brand is evident through your dedication to delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Exceptional Customer Service: You have excellent customer service skills, and you are excited to interact with customers using video and audio tools. Your interactions are professional, friendly, and confident.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist Customers: Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and address product/software inquiries, thereby advancing our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Utilize Resources: Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and provide accurate answers to customer queries using simple and understandable language.
• Virtual Communication: This is a virtual, customer-facing role. Interact with customers through state-of-the-art video communication software and maintain accurate records of your interactions.
