Who You Are:

• Tax Experience: As a Tax Expert, you have at least 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns. You must be familiar with commercial tax preparation software.
• Credentials: You possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney. You have a strong tax preparation background and extensive knowledge of tax laws.

How You Will Lead:

• Tax Assistance: In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This involves providing tax advice, preparing tax returns, conducting tax calculations, and addressing any product/software inquiries.
• Resourceful: You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and provide the right answers to customers in a language they can understand.
• Virtual Interactions: As a customer-facing role, you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. It is important to document interactions to maintain accurate records.
