What will you do in this role?

As a Supervisor of Clinical Operations, you will provide support to physicians and clinical staff by overseeing operational functions, including human resources, patient care assessments, and various medically-related tasks. You will work in an administrative role in an ambulatory care setting, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and manage administrative (back office) clinical functions
• Develop and revise policies and procedures
• Liaise with various departments for administrative support
• Control expenses within budgetary guidelines
• Collaborate with management, staff, and physicians
• Assist in research and implementation of new procedures and projects
• Perform back-office staff functions as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 3 years of experience in an outpatient medical setting
• Phlebotomy Certification of California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from AHA or Red Cross
• Licensed Vocational Nurse license from CA
