Job Overview

The Technology Application Framework team at Edward Jones is responsible for ensuring the delivery of secure software to our Financial Advisors and Home office associates. We support and enhance existing systems while also developing technology solutions that align with our firm's vision. We are looking for an experienced individual who can design, develop, and deliver application solutions for enterprise level projects. Familiarity with Linux containerization, PaaS, and Cloud technologies is preferred. If you have a strong background in software development, deployment, and integration, we encourage you to apply.

Position Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering application solutions for enterprise level projects
• Experience with Linux containerization, PaaS, or Cloud technologies preferred
• Proven knowledge and experience in deploying Microsoft's Azure services
• Experience in automation, configuration management, and deployment of enterprise-scale infrastructures
• Understanding of Object Oriented Principles, Java, software security, and system administration
• Knowledge of configuring monitoring solutions and creating dashboards
• Practical knowledge of Microservices and designing/building REST APIs
• Proficient with industry standard tools such as Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JUnit, Python, Gradle, and Maven
• Experience with Git and Git workflows
• Familiarity with server-side technologies such as Apache and Tomcat

Candidates living near our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, preferably Tuesday through Thursday.

The salary range for this role is $92,984 - $158,325, based on national data and factors such as skills, experience, and education.
