On average, our stylists make $30-37 per hour, including a base wage of $16 per hour, tips, a bonus structure, and other incentives! You can expect an average of $5-7 in tips per customer, a potential monthly bonus of $100-150, and a 15% incentive on product sales. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (specific licensing requirements may vary by state/province)

• The ability to work collaboratively with teammates to create a supportive and positive salon atmosphere
