We are currently looking for an assistant salon manager at our Great Clips salon. As an assistant salon manager, you will have the chance to take on more responsibility and support our team of stylists. We provide comprehensive training, both in-person and virtual, to help you succeed in your role. In addition to a competitive hourly wage of $25-$35, you will also receive service and product commission, as well as up to three weeks of paid time off. We offer health and retirement benefits, along with an employee assistance program to support your well-being.

We are seeking someone who can lead a team, while also fostering a fun and inclusive work environment. Excellent communication skills, a motivational attitude, top-notch technical skills, flexibility, organization, and a drive to achieve goals are qualities that our salon owners value in an assistant salon manager. It is important to hold a valid cosmetology and/or barber license, as licensing requirements may vary by state/province.
