The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for analyzing and tracking trends in financial data. They will work closely with management, key staff members, and finance and medical center teams. The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Analyzing trends to identify areas of financial variance and preparing reports to assess these variations.
• Summarizing information, data, and recommendations, and creating presentation materials. May present findings to management.
• Making recommendations based on overall analysis to effectively monitor and address areas of opportunity or risk.
• Creating regular and ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders.
• Analyzing and reviewing payor policies for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitoring denial and revenue cycle trends. 
• Using independent judgment to resolve issues.
• Completing complex/special assignments.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an analyst (revenue cycle, data, financial, business, or related) required.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in PB Revenue Cycle highly preferred.
• Revenue Cycle experience highly preferred.
• Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, preferred.
