Job Overview: As a Wealth Management Consultation Specialist, you will work closely with our branch teams to develop tailored financial strategies for our high net worth clients. You will provide advice on asset allocation, portfolio construction, investment selection, and implementation. Additionally, you will analyze complex client needs and goals to deliver personalized, tax-efficient, and robust portfolio construction and transition advice. Key Responsibilities: - Understand clients' overall financial goals and support financial advisors in serving high net worth clients with complex investment portfolios. - Develop and execute asset allocation, asset location, and portfolio implementation solutions in alignment with clients' financial plans and goals. - Perform investment portfolio transition analysis, including tax considerations. - Communicate investment results to financial advisors and clients. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality advice, planning, products, and services to meet clients' wealth management needs. - Provide consultative support throughout the client journey and various service models. - Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives and projects within our division, in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. - Ensure alignment with business and product strategies through partnerships with internal stakeholder groups. - Manage branch team and client escalations, and allocate resources effectively. - Utilize available systems, tools, and resources to execute trade and rebalancing decisions efficiently. Skills and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a finance background or advanced degree. - 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry. - Strong portfolio management, portfolio construction, and/or investment consultation experience. - FINRA Series 7 and 66 certifications (or completion within 6 months of hire). - Progress towards or possession of a CFA designation, consistent with firm policy. - CFP designation preferred. - Insurance license preferred. - Financial planning experience preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, and wealth management software tools. - Excellent technical,
