Your Qualifications

Who You Are:

• As a Tax Expert, you have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• You hold an active, unrestricted credential as an EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with a strong tax preparation background and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and you're committed to enhancing our brand by providing excellent customer service and empowering customers to prepare their taxes.
• You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Your Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• In this role, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, handle full service return preparation, perform tax calculations, and address product/software inquiries to advance our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and provide accurate answers to customer questions using simple and understandable language.
• Since this is a virtual, customer-facing position, you will utilize state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and maintain accurate records of interactions.
