Your Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Credential: You possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Passion: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and you're committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Customer Service Skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Your Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Tax Assistance: Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and address product/software inquiries, all with the goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Resource Utilization: Utilize government websites, professional resources, and expertise within the team to find and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
• Virtual Communication: As this is a virtual, customer-facing role, interact with customers using our state-of-the-art video communication software. Document all customer interactions to maintain accurate records.
