Who You Are:

• Tax Expertise: You have at least 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active Credential: Possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.

What You Will Do:

• Helping Customers: You will assist our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Ease of Understanding: Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
• Virtual Interactions: As a virtual, customer-facing role, you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, while documenting interactions for accurate records.
