Job Overview:
Our Branch Real Estate team focuses on evolving our firm's real estate strategy to meet the current and future expectations of our clients and branch teams. As a Senior Branch Real Estate Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for Edward Jones, working closely with Financial Advisors and key stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and responding to complex real estate requests from Financial Advisors, Regional Leaders, Market Leaders, and home office departments in the US and Canada.
- Collaborating with Market Leaders, Regional Leaders, and Branch Teams to support branch real estate initiatives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with various workflow business areas across the firm to share best practices and gather feedback.
- Assisting, supporting, and guiding Branch Real Estate Consultant IIs in challenging situations.
- Documenting real estate issues, identifying opportunities, and working with departments to implement solutions.
- Effectively communicating firm real estate policies, guidelines, and tradeoffs.
- Providing oversight reviews of branch real estate workflow processes to ensure accuracy and project completion.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and leading department initiatives.
Skills and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Understanding of Edward Jones FA performance expectations and ability to make appropriate financial decisions for the firm.
- Knowledge of associate relations policies, business continuity planning, and impacts on FA's P&L statement.
- Ability to balance compliance, legal, and associate relations business decisions.
- General knowledge of corporate principles including finance, marketing, and branch real estate.
- Ability to temporarily lead in a leader's absence and lead projects and implementation of new initiatives.

Salary Information:
At Edward Jones, we value and respect our associates and their contributions. We offer a comprehensive total compensation approach that includes base salary, benefits, bonuses, and profit sharing. The salary range for this role is $68,105 to $112,305, and the actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for potential new associates.
