Position: Part-Time Branch Ambassador in the Bronx Welcome to Capital One, where we are reimagining banking to fit the everyday lives of our customers. You will have the opportunity to connect with people, share product knowledge, and perform various transactions such as check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring fraud mitigation and resolving customer inquiries efficiently to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, customer-focused, and eager to be part of our innovative banking experience. Here's what we're looking for in you: - Friendly and engaging personality, with the ability to connect with customers from all walks of life, including the elderly, refugees, people with visible and invisible disabilities, LGBTQIA+, veterans, and more. - Understanding of customers' personal and business financial needs, and a commitment to reducing their financial anxiety. - Compliance with all bank policies, security procedures, and federal regulations to ensure the safety and confidentiality of customer information. - Flexibility to support customers in all areas of the branch, including cash handling and service needs. - Curiosity and a desire to learn about Capital One's products, services, and experiences to guide customers towards their financial goals. - Digital literacy to navigate our online and mobile banking platforms and educate customers on alternative banking channels. - Ability to work well in a team environment and inspire fellow teammates. - Responsiveness to customer inquiries, using various tools and channels to provide appropriate solutions. - Availability to travel between branches in the assigned local area and support the assigned market. Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification - At least 1 year of experience in Retail, Sales, or Customer Service - At least 6 months of cash handling experience Preferred Qualifications: - Associate's degree - 2+ years of experience in Retail, Sales, or Banking Salary: The salary range for this position varies by location.
