Position: Senior SailPoint Engineer

As a Senior SailPoint Engineer at Capital One, you will work on our SailPoint identity platform to support Identity Access Management needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement top-notch Identity Management solutions on the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
- Identify opportunities for automation and evaluate new tools to create value for the organization.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical IAM solutions on a large scale.
- Stay up-to-date with IAM trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in technology communities.
- Utilize programming languages like BeanShell, Javascript, Typescript, SQL, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and various AWS tools and services.
- Champion engineering best practices and create effective and reusable design patterns.
- Integrate SailPoint with other systems using both out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development.
- Responsible for designing and implementing SailPoint IDENTITYIQ.
- Develop workflows, rules, custom connectors, and task definitions.
- Implement automation using Selenium WebDriver, JAVA, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, Maven.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
- At least 4 years of experience in Java, JavaScript, Selenium, JSON, XML, Python, and REST development.
- At least 4 years of development experience in SailPoint IIQ Implementation, Configuration, Customization, and deployment in an enterprise environment.
- At least 4 years of experience in writing and troubleshooting rules, workflows, and custom connectors.
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Java and SailPoint applications.
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting SailPoint workflows and customizations.
- 3+ years of experience with Role Based Access Controls (RBAC).
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting end-user issues in Access Certifications.
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- AWS Certification.

Salary Information:
Please note that the salary information below is for candidates hired to work within the mentioned locations:
- New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $161,900 - $184,800 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Technical
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The specific annualized salary offered will be reflected in the candidate's offer letter.
