As a Clinical Nurse III, you will be responsible for providing direct care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting. Your nursing care will follow approved policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care.

In your work environment, you can expect cleanliness, but there may be exposure to chemotherapy, chemotherapy-contaminated waste, and infection materials, including blood and body fluids. We prioritize your safety and provide protective barriers such as gowns, gloves, masks, and goggles/face shields to prevent any potential harm. It is important to note that tasks may involve exposure to HBV/HIV, categorized as Category I exposure.

Essential Duties:

• Access ports, PICCs, and central lines
• Triage patient phone calls
• Coordinate complex oncology care

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Licenses:

Registered Nurse (RN) license required, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred, Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) chemo/biotherapy provider

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of acute care oncology experience
