As a Registered Nurse in our Labor and Delivery unit, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent care to pregnant moms and their babies. Our unit delivers over 6,700 babies per year and focuses on high-risk and low-risk patients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for every family.

What you will do:

• Take responsibility for the nursing process and the delivery of patient care
• Make clinical judgments and provide nursing interventions without supervision
• Apply clinical knowledge to save time and costs
• Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements, delegation, and documentation
• Be responsible for both patient and delivery team care
• Show dedication to customer service and meeting the needs of patients and colleagues

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN or higher preferred

License/Certification/Registration Requirements:

• Current California State RN License required
• ACLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross and NRP Certification

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year recent acute RN experience in Labor and Delivery required
