Job Title: Digital Finishing Operator Responsibilities: - Set up and operate digital finishing equipment to produce high-quality finished products - Follow production schedule to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time - Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed and performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting - Check order documentation and communicate instructions to support staff - Determine the most efficient way to run products through the machine to meet customer specifications Qualifications: - Basic computer skills to navigate through multiple screens efficiently - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently - Basic math skills and the ability to read measuring devices - Color differentiation ability and the ability to pass a color test - Preferably, previous experience as a Finishing Operator with knowledge in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting bindery equipment - Mechanical aptitude is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player - Ability to follow instructions and identify defects using vision - Physical ability to lift and move materials as required, with or without reasonable accommodation - Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed We offer flexible work schedules, including 12-hour rotating shifts, to accommodate your lifestyle.
