Our Department of Radiation Oncology collaborates to create custom treatment plans for specific cancer diagnoses, minimizing the impact on healthy tissues and ensuring our patients can return to their normal lives as soon as possible.

Your Role as a Clinical Nurse III

As our next Clinical Nurse III, you will utilize your exceptional clinical knowledge to provide direct care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients undergoing radiation therapy treatments in an outpatient setting. Your role will focus on managing side effects, whether patients are new, currently undergoing treatment, or coming in for follow-up visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a state-accredited program
• Valid California State RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Specialty Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant acute care experience in your area of specialty

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 lbs., carry up to 50 lbs., push up to 75 lbs., and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Maintain balance, stoop, coordinate eye/hand/foot movements, reach, handle, grasp, feel, talk, and hear.
