What will you be doing?

• You will work as a Nurse Practitioner, responsible for applying the nursing process, supervising clinical practice, conducting research, providing consultation, and managing patient care across the healthcare continuum.
• You will collaborate with physicians and make independent decision-making to deliver expert care to patients.
• As part of the medical team, you will work closely with the medical director and the chief nursing officer.
• You will provide individualized care in accordance with our nursing standards, patient care plans, and policies and procedures.
• Your role will require sensitivity and attention to patients of all ages, including neonates, infants, children, adults, and the elderly. You will assess patient capabilities, ensure a safe environment, and evaluate patient outcomes.

Experience Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in Oncology (preferred)

- 3 or more years of oncology nursing experience (preferred)

Educational/Licensure/Certifications Requirements:

- Master of Nursing Degree

- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing

- Current State of California Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner License

- National Certification or eligibility for certification as a Nurse Practitioner

- Current DEA license and Furnishing Number or eligibility to obtain

- Current BLS certification required
