As Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations for high-quality patient care and supporting the values and philosophies of our Medical Center. You will function as a leader, applying your expertise in nursing, delivering compassionate care, and supervising the clinical performance of others. You will also serve as a catalyst for positive change within our nursing department and institution.

Educational Requirements:

• Preferred: Master's Degree in healthcare, nursing, or healthcare administration profession
• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Licenses:

• California State RN License (upon hire)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification (upon hire)
• Relevant Specialty Certification (upon hire)

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an acute care setting
• Includes 2 years of specialty and supervisory experience

Physical Demands:

• Lifting, standing, walking
