Under the guidance of the Associate Director, the Assistant Nurse Manager:

• You will coordinate the daily 24-hour operations of the assigned unit/area, ensuring high-quality, individualized patient care in line with Medical Center principles.

Educational Requirements:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification (Upon Hire)
• Relevant Specialty Certification (Upon Hire)

Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in an acute care setting, including two (2) years in a specialty and supervisory role.
