If you're interested in being a Saddle Stitch Operator at Quad, we are looking for individuals with experience operating Muller Martini 12-40 pocket machines or Goss 855's with 40 pocket capabilities. We also consider candidates with experience on other types of Saddle Stitch equipment. Some of the job duties for this role include operating the machine safely and effectively, performing maintenance tasks, making necessary adjustments to the equipment, and supporting other operators as needed. We value mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow instructions, and good communication skills. We offer a compressed 3 and 4-day work week, allowing for a balance between work and family life.
