Home Health with Less Travel!

Our Registered Nurses (RNs) provide nursing services to clients in senior living communities, including assisted living and independent living facilities.

Our facility-based RNs enjoy:

• Providing care within the assisted living facilities where our patients reside
• 1:1 patient care
• Following each patient from start to discharge

Enhabit RNs work collaboratively with facility staff to ensure strong communication and continuity of care for the residents and their loved ones. They also consult with physicians and act as the point of contact for all involved disciplines. Other responsibilities include accurate record-keeping and attending meetings.
