Short Description

We are looking for someone to support administrative tasks and activities related to Addiction Medicine grants. In this role, you will help ensure grant compliance and work towards increasing and sustaining grant funding.


Experience Required

  • Assist in monitoring and fulfilling grant requirements.
  • Prepare interim and final grant reports.
  • Keep management informed about grant opportunities and important deadlines.
  • Organize and compile data, draft text, and prepare grant proposals for submission to government agencies, foundations, and corporations.
  • Coordinate and submit grant applications to private foundations and agencies in a timely manner.
  • Identify and pursue new sources of both public and private grant revenue.
  • Write internal and external communications, such as newsletters, annual reports, and web-based material.
  • Assist with special projects and carry out other duties assigned by the President and CEO.
  • Register and schedule patients as per grant requirements.
  • Update patient insurance coverage and registration records for grant billing purposes.

Education Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 2 years of experience.
