Job Description: - We are seeking a leader to oversee the Cooper Outpatient Surgery Centers in Voorhees and Moorestown. This role involves administrative and strategic responsibilities. - You will work collaboratively with the Institute Vice President and Medical Director to ensure efficient operations, service excellence, and profitability of Surgical Services. - Key responsibilities include setting performance targets, implementing improvement plans, and establishing reporting systems to ensure high-quality patient care. - As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will contribute to the achievement of Cooper's Surgical Services and corporate goals. - Additional duties may be assigned to support the department, the surgery centers, and the health system. Experience Required: - Minimum 5 years of progressive perioperative nursing experience with demonstrated leadership skills. - In-depth knowledge of strategic planning and business development. - Experience in Disease-Based Care, Hospital Operations, and Nursing Management. - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management. Education Requirements: - Master's Degree required (MBA, MSN, MHA, MA). - If the Master's Degree is non-nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. License/Certification Requirements: - Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
