Role Overview: Manage the development and implementation of assigned products.

  • Create, implement, and oversee new and existing products from concept to delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing detailed project plans, including workflows, sales and marketing materials, staffing models, and pricing
  • Stay updated on market trends to identify new product opportunities or improvements
  • Review product performance and provide recommendations for enhancements
  • Respond to product inquiries and assess new product requests
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies for the product market
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for new products and enhancements
  • Conduct training sessions on products for internal teams
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in healthcare product development or management, marketing, or project management.
