Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process for marketing services. You will develop global/regional category strategies, deliver cost reduction initiatives, and ensure supplier performance, all while managing risk.

About the team

You may lead a team of procurement professionals to optimize spend management and maintain an efficient supply chain in the U.S., Europe, and/or India.

What you will be doing
  • Analyze supply markets and establish relationships with partners
  • Lead a team in procurement activities such as sourcing, negotiation, and contract development
  • Manage negotiations with third parties to benefit FIS
  • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate category risks
  • Plan and execute expense category reviews
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments
  • Deliver a superior customer experience
What you will need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, supply chain, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and category management
  • Proven success in leading high-performing teams
  • Understanding of contracting concepts and legal terms
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial modeling
  • Good commercial negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred certifications

Certified Purchasing Manager, Certified Professional in Supply Management, or similar distinction preferred. Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt equivalent or greater is a plus.
