About the role:


As a Junior Renewal Manager - Quota Carrier, you will be part of a team of motivated professionals working to renew partnerships with our customers across different markets and product suites in North America. By offering industry-leading solutions and expertise, you will retain and drive the most exciting new technology in fintech, revolutionizing the way the world pays, banks, and invests.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with current FIS customers to maintain their loyalty and business
  • Identify contracts approaching expiration and initiate retention discussions
  • Provide overviews of the client's current FIS relationships and product suites to establish a baseline understanding
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals and negotiate contract updates
  • Identify and promote new products that can help customers grow their business


What you will need:

  • Experience in negotiation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with Banks and Credit Unions
  • Experience with Financial Technology providers supporting Banks, Credit Unions, and other Financial Entities
  • Experience with Financial Technology software, services, and capabilities
