About the Team

We are the Transfer Agency Operations Department responsible for processing requests for our American shareholders based on received documentation. We ensure that these requests are accurately processed and completed on time to meet our customers' expectations. We are currently hiring for our NIGO Callback team, which resolves issues with paperwork through direct client contact. We work closely with our branches in the United States and India.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Working with multiple applications and technological solutions to complete daily tasks
  • Contacting clients via callback to obtain missing information, clarify requests, or confirm processed transactions
  • Collaborating with multiple groups responsible for initial review of documentation
  • Processing account maintenance and financial transactions based on written instructions from customers
  • Participating in team meetings, group projects, and initiatives

What You Bring

  • No prior financial knowledge required - we provide full training conducted by our experienced Training Team
  • Ability to work in an English-speaking environment and communicate with American clients (C1 language level)
  • Computer literacy and ability to understand documents and procedures within specified timelines
  • Problem-solving skills, initiative, and independence
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Higher education or currently in the final years of study with availability for full-time work
  • Flexibility to work from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday
