Global Transfer Agency Services is a group of highly talented and motivated individuals who strive to provide the best products for Mutual Fund Transfer Agents. Our team, located in Pune and Hyderabad, focuses on working with US, Canada, and International TA systems.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working on complex financial product development in Mutual Fund Transfer Agency. Your role will involve communicating with business stakeholders, technical and product engineering teams, and senior management. You will work in a highly quality and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Scrum Master to understand business requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and other team members.
• Design technical specifications following FIS guidelines.
• Write clean and efficient code based on specifications.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Test, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Recommend and implement performance and design improvements.
• Create technical documentation as required.

What You Bring

Knowledge/Experience:

• At least 7 years of experience in Java and J2EE.
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular/TypeScript.
• Good understanding of Microservices and DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts, DBMS concepts, design/architecture abilities, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in designing scalable, high-performance systems.
• Experience with Agile/Lean practices and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, result-driven approach and ability to work with business side stakeholders.
• Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to internal and external clients and contacts.
