About the Team

The ChexSystems Compliance team ensures compliance with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and maintains the ChexSystems Compliance Program. In this role, you will work closely with the ChexSystems Compliance Officer to manage day-to-day compliance needs, including audits and assistance to the team.

  • Monitor and communicate regulatory changes in our products and services
  • Establish operational objectives and work plans
  • Develop and execute company policies
  • Respond to compliance issues
  • Review and evaluate compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Assist in risk assessment activities
  • Validate regulatory requirements are met
  • Provide training to increase compliance awareness
  • Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations
  • Interface with legal counsel and regulatory agencies

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or law, or equivalent experience
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compliance areas
