The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for analyzing trends and developing reports to identify areas where there are differences from expectations. This role requires collaboration with various teams and departments within our organization. Primary duties include:

• Analyzing trends to identify variances and preparing reports to assess these differences.
• Summarizing information, data, and recommendations, and creating presentation materials.
• Making recommendations based on analysis to monitor areas of opportunity and risk.
• Creating regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Analyzing payor policies and reviewing denial trends in the revenue cycle.
• Using independent judgment to resolve issues.
• Completing complex assignments.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of proven experience as an analyst (revenue cycle, data, financial, business, or related) required.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in PB Revenue Cycle highly preferred.
• Experience in Revenue Cycle highly preferred.
• Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using Excel, including advanced functions, preferred.
