The Opportunity
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in San Antonio. We have bank customer service and sales opportunities available in 2024, and we offer a full-time schedule with varying work hours, including weekends. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to support our members independently. Military veterans and spouses are highly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
- Provide operational support to members with their banking needs on multiple products
- Review accounts and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Identify and recommend solutions that meet the member's financial needs
- Recommend new banking products that may interest the member
- Maintain high levels of member satisfaction and commitment to quality through interactions
What You Have:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- 1 year of customer service, financial services member contact, or military experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and understanding of bank regulatory and compliance requirements
- Successful completion of a job-related assessment
What Sets You Apart:
- US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner
- 2 years of banking experience and sales experience
- 2 years of sales experience
- 1 year of contact center experience
