As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in accomplishing core functions in a specific business area. This includes interpreting complex information, making important decisions, and collaborating with various roles and support functions. You will have a strong understanding of rules and regulations related to the business area, identify and mitigate risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
You will also lead or serve as a subject matter expert on medium-sized projects or initiatives, manage systems, and support implementation. Your ability to escalate issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders is vital to the success of the role.
