Are you interested in a meaningful part-time internship that focuses on your professional development? If so, the Aspiring Talent Academy is the perfect opportunity for you. The Academy is part of our Client Service department and teaches the C.A.R.E.E.R.S. curriculum - Collaboration, Academic, Real-world Education & Experience, Roundtables, and Shadowing. The program includes team-building activities, answering inbound calls to assist clients, personal development resources, participating in a simulated trading competition using our trading platform, and a final presentation to internal stakeholders.
The Aspiring Talent Academy is for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, receiving comprehensive training on the financial industry, learning about emotional intelligence, and collaborating with peers.
The compensation for this position is $19.00 per hour.

Essential qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a university program with an expected graduation date between May 2024 and December 2024
- Availability to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN
- Ability to work on-site for 20 hours at one of the Schwab service center locations during the following times:
- Monday – 8am to 4:30pm
- Wednesday – 8am to 4:30pm
- Friday – 8am to 12pm
