What You'll Do
  • Make proactive outbound calls to existing Schwab clients, analyzing their needs and offering appropriate products and solutions. You may collaborate with experts, colleagues, and managers when necessary.
  • Establish initial relationships with walk-in clients or prospects, understanding their investment goals and objectives, and recommending suitable offerings based on their individual needs.
  • Identify and refer additional opportunities to Branch Financial Consultants.
  • Deliver exceptional value and provide excellent service to our clients.

What You'll Need
  • A valid and active Series 7 license is required (license may be obtained under the Branch Network Licensing Program).
  • A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required (license(s) may be obtained under the condition of employment).
  • A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required (may be obtained under the condition of employment).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Business development experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services.
  • Strong experience in building client relationships.

Pursuant to SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the NMLS registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and complete the necessary background check and registration process as per the SAFE Act regulations.
