Job Description: Advanced Practice Provider (APP), FULL TIME – General Pediatrics
The Advanced Practice Nurse is responsible for advanced nursing practice within a specific clinical specialty. In collaboration with the healthcare team, they strengthen nursing practice and promote positive patient outcomes. Their role includes clinical practice, staff and patient education, and research. The Advanced Practice Nurse is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Education Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant degree.
License/Certification Requirements
- Must have a valid New Jersey License: APN and RN or PA.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- NCCPA Certification.
Special Requirements
- Scheduled Days/Hours: Full-time, 36 hours weekly.
