Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

As a Clinical Supervisor at Thrive SPC, you will lead and oversee all clinical services provided to our clients. You will also be responsible for training and supervising our nurses in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Interviewing, training, and supervising clinical team members
• Taking care of client admissions, recertifications, and discharges
• Collaborating with clients and the care team to create personalized Plans of Care
• Reviewing documentation for accuracy and timely submission
• Conducting home and/or hospital visits

Requirements:

• An active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least one year of recent RN experience (preferably in pediatric care)
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Experience with electronic charting
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
