Job Overview: We are looking for a Merchandising Manager to join our team in San Leandro, Petaluma, and Castroville, CA, and surrounding areas. As a Merchandising Manager, you will lead a team of Merchandising Supervisors and support the achievement of sales goals by ensuring the proper distribution and display of our products in retail stores. This includes popular brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and more. Responsibilities: - Create a supportive environment that allows Merchandising Supervisors and their team to grow and develop personally - Manage the staffing levels of the merchandising team according to our Annual Operating Plan targets - Monitor and control labor costs and ensure productivity targets are met - Ensure compliance with merchandising displays and manage day-to-day performance metrics - Educate all team members about our current and future product offerings - Monitor pricing and staffing levels to maintain effective off-shelf displays - Utilize effective merchandising techniques to optimize inventory investment and store space - Develop and implement strategies to promote our brands in the territory - Strengthen market and vendor relationships through collaboration with Grocery Managers, Account Management, and other stakeholders - Oversee efficient sales and delivery routes to provide excellent customer service - Monitor sales activity and address any issues or losses - Ensure compliance with safety regulations - Willingness to travel as required by the job Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent (GED), bachelor's degree preferred - 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with supervisory experience - 3-5 years of merchandising or related retail experience - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs. - Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle - Valid auto insurance Total Rewards: - Salary Range: $81,100 - $148,995 per year - Additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement - Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility Company Overview & EEO Statement: At Keurig Dr Pepper, we are a modern beverage company focused on growth and opportunity.
